Oracle APEX Listener 1.1 is available
New feature: "(...)RESTful Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are created by configuring resource templates. Each resource template is a configuration file that binds a set of Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs) to a SQL query or anonymous PL/SQL block."
Changes and enhancements from Release 1.0: an improved mechanism to make locating the apex-config.xml configuration file easier, the Listener can now run standalone by executing java -jar apex.war and adds support for flexible parameter passing, in the same manner as supported by mod_plsql.
The support for flexible parameter is a great new enhancement and makes the listener a great alternative to mod_plsql.
