I finally post the"slides" from my presentation the "Oracle PL/SQL Programming Conference (OPP) 2010 Europe" that took place in Brussels last October.
I think that they have enough info to be interesting.
While Apex is a very productive environment, there are still cases where the "raw" PL/SQL Web Toolkit is suitable, and any Apex developer will benefit from knowing how the low-level OWA packages and gateways work.
